Location: the hotel was next to both airports and the trains / subways and the main railway station. There was Miyako quite a walk from the property.

The hotel was pleasant with welcoming staff and a magnificent location directly opposite Shinjuku park. The pool was heated and I had welcome drinks in the main bar. I could park the car across the road. I was there for the trip and had a very mediocre stay, so I would stay here again.

The twin room was newly remodeled and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The hotel had a very central position near major parks, many shops, and the Metro/train station.

They even helped me book restaurant reservations, which was extremely helpful since I couldn't do it myself. I like the stuff so much. They are so helpfull with all the best they can to assist you.
They don't have Wi-Fi in the hotel building even in the lobby! and that is a very bad. They have only Land line in the room so you must bring your notebook to connect to it.

The concierge at the Hyatt Regency Tokyo provided us with exceptional hospitality. The hotel's location is great, just a short 5-minute walk from downtown Tokyo. It's convenient to have Tochomae subway station just a 4-6 minute walk away. We really appreciated the fact that the hotel provided private parking for our convenience.

It was a very comfortable hotel, the rooms were great and clean. Staff were friendly and accomodating. Plus there was free shuttle to Shinjuku station which was very convenient.
